Platform Soul are a 12 piece band specialising in corporate functions, parties and wedding receptions.

Formed in 1999 by a number of semi and fully professional musicians based in the Aylesbury/Milton Keynes area, our aim is to produce an authentic and dynamic 70's sound. This is a big band with a very big sound!

The band comprises bass guitar, drums, keyboards, lead guitar, percussion, three vocalists and a four-piece horn section.

Platform Soul perform in authentic 70's costumes and use fully professional sound and lighting set-ups to complement a playlist which spans the entire spectrum of 70's soul and disco, covering tracks by artists such as Stevie Wonder, Bee Gees, Chic, Sister Sledge, Earth Wind & Fire plus many more

The band has attracted considerable interest over the years, with performances at venues including Blenheim Place and Docklands Arena, and has played at private parties for Formula One legend Jenson Button. More recent clients have included Warners Hotels, the Marriott group of hotels and corporate functions for Tesco.
